A. Posadas Privacy Statement.
Grupo Posadas, S.A.B. de C.V. and its affiliates and/or subsidiaries (hereinafter, Posadas), domiciled at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 155, Floor 4, Col. Lomas de Chapultepec, C.P. 11000, Mexico, Federal District, is a company committed to protecting your privacy.
The personal information that you provide us (personal data and, if applicable, sensitive personal data) shall be treated in keeping with the provisions stipulated in this Privacy Notice.

Sensitive personal data is that personal data which affect the person's most private sphere, or whose undue use may cause discrimination or pose a serious risk to said person. Specifically, sensitive data is that which may disclose aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, sexual preferences. Said information is solely collected by Posadas from the clients and it may be used to improve or satisfy the clients' needs and the services provided to the latter.
D. Personal Information Use or Disclosure Limitations.
At any time, you may limit the information provided to Posadas to be treated as established in numbered paragraphs 3 and 4 of subsection B) through a written request filed at the following address: Av. Paseo de la Reforma 155 Piso 4, Col. Lomas de Chapultepec, C.P. 11000, Mexico, Federal District on a schedule of 9 to 14 hours or e-mail to datos.personales@posadas.com. For purpose of protecting your confidentiality, Posadas may choose to respond to your request in writing to the address or e-mail provided in your written request.
E. Exercise of Access, Correction, Cancellation and Opposition Rights.
The right to access, to correct, to cancel or to oppose the information provided to Posadas, as established in the Federal Law for Protection of Personal Information held by Private Persons, may be exercised by delivering a request addressed to Posadas, on the terms of subsection D above. Said request will be answered either in writing or by e-mail on the terms established therein.
F. Control and Security of Personal Information.
Posadas binds itself to take the actions necessary to protect the collected information, by using secure technology and control procedures for access, use or disclosure of your personal information without authorization, for example, storing the personal information provided in Data Centers servers with limited access controls. For online transactions, we also use secure technology which protects personal information transmitted to us through diverse electronic means. However, no data security or transmission system which is not under the company's full control and/or depends on the Internet may be guaranteed completely safe.
G. Electronic resources and cookies.
In the case that you use electronic resources in connection with your personal data, cookies will be generated to give you a better service.
Cookies are small bits of information sent through the website to your browser. Cookies are stored on your computer's hard drive and used to determine preferences when connecting to our site services, as well as to track certain types of behavior and/or activities that you perform when using our websites.
In some sections of our site we ask the customer to activate the cookies function, given that some tasks require them for proper operation.
